Krystal Clear Mind
Hi, I’m Krystalynn Williams — a licensed therapist, speaker, and founder of Krystal Clear Mind, a therapy and wellness practice based here in San Diego.
I started this business from a deeply personal place — as a mom, a woman of color, and a mental health professional who knows what it’s like to juggle family, purpose, and personal healing. After working for years in schools, nonprofits, and community-based organizations, I envisioned creating a space where moms and families could feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered.
As a working mom myself, I understand how easy it is to lose your sense of identity under the weight of parenting, partnerships, and high expectations. That’s why I’ve built Krystal Clear Mind to do more than offer therapy. It’s a community rooted in compassion, cultural awareness, and practical support. Whether I’m working with a family navigating stress, leading a coaching group for mothers, or speaking at a school or conference, my mission is always the same: to help people reconnect with their voice, values, and inner clarity.
I want moms and families to see me as someone who truly gets it — someone who brings clinical expertise with a down-to-earth, real-life understanding of what healing and growth actually look like in busy, beautiful, messy family life.
My professional background includes over a decade of experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), speaker, and mental health educator.
I provide therapy for women and families, group coaching programs, and custom trainings for organizations, churches, and schools across California. I’m also passionate about supporting moms of color and those raising children of color, particularly through life transitions, burnout, and identity shifts.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the honor of presenting at conferences such as the ACHA Mental Health Summit, NatCon, and CALPCC, and I’ve developed workshops and trainings for universities, school districts, and community-based organizations. My speaking and consulting work centers around practical mental health education, resilience, and strategies for sustainable well-being — especially for families navigating layered stressors.
Being a mom has influenced every part of my business. I’ve learned to create services that are flexible, family-friendly, and deeply rooted in empathy. I stay grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT and ACT, while also integrating culturally sensitive approaches and real-world experience.
I’m proud of how far Krystal Clear Mind has come.
Some of my biggest milestones include launching my private practice in 2022, building a physical space for moms and families to gather, and expanding my work beyond the therapy room into community events, workshops, and speaking engagements.
I’ve completed specialty training in perinatal mental health, and I continue to grow professionally — not just for my own development, but to bring the very best support to the women, couples, and families I work with. The most meaningful achievements, though, come from hearing a mom say, “I finally feel like myself again,” or a teen say, “I feel safe here.”
Outside of work, you’ll find me enjoying life with my two kids and soaking up San Diego sunshine.
I love going on walks, spending time outdoors, and doing anything that helps me slow down and reconnect — whether that’s journaling, a solo coffee run, or a yoga session. I’ve learned that self-care isn’t just a buzzword — it’s survival and sustainability, especially as a mom and business owner.
Motherhood has taught me that rest is necessary, joy is healing, and that taking care of yourself helps everyone around you thrive too. That belief shows up in everything I offer through Krystal Clear Mind.
My values and vision are clear: community, family, and cultural connection are at the heart of everything I do.
I founded Krystal Clear Mind on the principles of empathy, equity, and empowerment. I believe wellness should be accessible, inclusive, and rooted in lived experience. I also believe that strong families build strong communities, and that supporting women — especially mothers — has a ripple effect across generations.
My long-term vision is to create a wellness hub that centers women of color, offers wraparound support for families, and provides space for healing, leadership, and connection. Whether you walk into my office, attend a workshop, or connect online, my hope is that you feel seen, heard, and never alone.
Let’s connect.
If you’re a mom in San Diego looking for support, a school or organization wanting to bring in a speaker, or someone seeking a coach who understands the mental load of motherhood — I’d love to connect.
