The Repair Tech
Hi, I’m Andreina, the CEO and co-owner of The Repair Tech Inc., a proudly woman-owned and family-run HVAC and appliance service company based in San Diego. My journey into entrepreneurship was deeply personal—I grew up surrounded by the trades, watching my father build his own business, and I knew one day I’d find a way to combine that grit with my passion for marketing and community leadership.I didn’t just want to run a business—I wanted to create a company rooted in honesty, family, and connection. Being a working mom, especially to a child with special needs, has shaped every part of how I lead. I see my work through a lens of compassion and tenacity. I want customers to feel taken care of, staff to feel supported, and every woman watching to know that she belongs in any room she walks into.
With a strong background in business development, marketing, and operations, I’ve built The Repair Tech into a service-first company that delivers HVAC and appliance solutions with a boutique feel. We serve both residential and commercial clients and are known for our “fix first” ethics—repair before replacement, always.I bring a mix of marketing vision and old-school hustle to everything I do. Whether we’re servicing restaurant equipment, conducting seasonal HVAC tune-ups, or helping special-needs families improve their home’s air quality, we treat every customer like they’re family. I’ve worked with schools, nonprofits, food truck businesses, and property managers, all while staying connected to our local Chamber and volunteer networks.
In just a few years, The Repair Tech has gone from startup to award-nominated community staple. I’ve been recognized for my leadership as a Latina woman in a male-dominated industry, honored by the office of Marie Waldron during Hispanic Heritage Month, and actively participate in business panels that empower women in trades. We’ve built partnerships with organizations like Hope on the Hard Road and Shooting Stars (special needs basketball), and I proudly sit on multiple nonprofit boards. But what makes me most proud? The relationships we’ve built and the trust we’ve earned—especially from families, seniors, and veterans.
Outside of work, I’m a passionate advocate for inclusion, a proud mom, and a sucker for a good Target run. You’ll often find me making reels about life, love, and the hilarity of juggling business and motherhood. I’m big on laughter, connection, and community storytelling.I believe self-care isn’t just bubble baths—it’s standing up for your boundaries, nurturing your purpose, and giving yourself grace when things get messy (because they will). Life as a CEO-mom-wife-community-leader isn’t easy, but it’s exactly where I’m meant to be.
My vision for The Repair Tech is simple: to be the most trusted, transparent, and relationship-driven HVAC & appliance company in San Diego County. We stand for representation, for small business integrity, and for showing the next generation—especially young girls—that leadership looks like all of us.We prioritize fair pricing, honest diagnostics, and community-centered outreach. My team knows that when we enter a home, we’re not just doing a job—we’re building trust. That’s a responsibility I don’t take lightly.
