Docha Balloons was created by a busy Mom who wanted to be able to be there for her family. Rufina Maldanado was always into planning her family gatherings and saw the opportunity to expand her creative passion into a creative business. As a mother of two teenage boys, she knows how it can be running from one thing to another and trying to stay connected to her family and growing boys. Her idea of staying connected to family is why she is passionate about her balloon decor business. It allows the families she is helping to stay focused on their family events and not have to worry about the decor. Birthdays, graduations, and family events are stressful enough.
